999fb may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. 999fb reserves the right to suspend or close an account if documents are not provided.

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account on 999fb, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds. Each individual may operate only one account; creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Notify the 999fb support team as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

To ensure security, 999fb may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 999fb platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major state-owned and private banks in Bangladesh, such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be in the name of the person registered on the account.

4.3 Deposit Verification

If suspicious activity is detected on any deposit, 999fb may place that transaction on hold until it is verified. If involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit at 999fb, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may use a welcome bonus offer only once.
• No other bonus applies while a bonus offer is active.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 999fb reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Participating in any game through collusion with other players.

• Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's account.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to network disconnection, power outage or a technical issue on the platform, 999fb will make its decision based on the last record saved in the system.

By staying regularly active and increasing platform usage, there is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers. 999fb reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

10.1 Closure by 999fb

• If multiple accounts are being operated.
• If age or identity requirements are not met.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however bonus-related terms will continue to apply.

• Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transactions failing due to delays or issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's gaming decisions.
• Losses due to unauthorized account access, where the member has not kept their login credentials secure.

In any circumstances, 999fb's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

13.1 Severability

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 999fb and the member. These documents supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

13.4 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
